When we decided to do the big move from South Africa to New Zealand, we didn't know where to start. Then a friend of mine referred us to Auckland Immigration Services and I sent an email to Dom. In 5 minutes I received an email back to set up a phone call to discuss the way forward.

We talked on the phone for about 30 minutes to see if it was a possibility for us and agreed that we could proceed with Auckland Immigration Services to take on the case and advise us on all the documents required. There was so many things to get together and we would not have known about it all.

AIS went through all the documents and advised on every step that we could have a successful application. They submitted everything and after a few weeks our application was approved and we got our visas. How do we say thank you for such an amazing life changing journey. Thank you is just not enough to express how amazing Dom and her team is.

Hi my name is Roxy and I started this journey in 2019, coming over on a visitors visa, looking for work as an administrator. Impossible right? Not for Dom and her team it's not. I was told a few times by outsiders that I wouldn't make it. I won't be able to find a job as an administrator but I did. With hard work, the support and services from Auckland Immigration Services and a can-do attitude, I did it.

I received a work visa for a year for being on a fixed term contract. I had to re-apply for the same job when my visa came to an end and received another visa for a year. Finally, I got a permanent job and received a visa for 3 years. Throughout trials and tribulations, being on my own during Covid, with no family here, I can finally say I received my residency and can call New Zealand my home.

Dom and her team became like family. They have been with me this entire time, through every single trial and tribulation, celebrating the small and big wins and supporting and encouraging me every step of the way. Not only did they support and encourage me but they also went the extra mile. They are absolutely amazing and I would do it again if it meant having them by my side.

In 2022, my partner Eddie and I rekindled our love, now married, Dom and her team are still supporting us through our journey. Next for Eddie is residency, for me permanent residency and one day citizenship.

Dom and her team aren't just our agents but they are family. We love our new home and can't wait for the next adventure.

We are extremely happy with such a wonderful job done by Laetetia Roelofse and Domonique Roelofse at Auckland Immigration Services (AIS) to get our residency under skilled migrant category. These guys are just amazing on every aspect of their service.

I am originally from India and decided to move to New Zealand 4 years ago. I was on a student visa when I arrived at NZ. "Yes, we are doing it, after too many nights of lying awake wondering about it, spending hours weighing up the pros and the cons, we finally made up our minds to leave the only country we knew and step into the unknown. I rang up my brother who had immigrated to New Zealand a few years ago in the hope that he had some advice and direction. He put me in contact with Auckland Immigration Services. I already had a job offer from AKL, but my employer and myself were lost due to new ammendments came just after Covid. My employer Martin has recommended AIS for consultancy.

We were actually working on my AEWV and Dom was very enthusiastic about all advantages that I am eligible for. Even though we were in complete different time zones, we had a zoom discussion to evaluate me and we applied for EOI just one day prior to 180 point ammendment.

Dom and Laetetia pushed me really hard and had a continues conversations between my employer to sort all required documents, I feel  money I spent is more than worth enough, because it saved my time and effort. AIS team has an extensive knowledge about what they are doing and they are well capable of predict INZ changes. I got my residency approval within one and half months after lodge correct documents. Wow wow wow!!!!!! To Domonique and team.  The service that I received from you (and your team) was superb.  You really put the SUPER in superb, from the very first time that we spoke till the time my visa was granted I have received nothing less than great service from you.

When my husband and I decided to make the big move from South Africa to New Zealand we very soon realized it was much easier said than done.
