"Auckland Immigration Services has a no nonsense approach and sincerely has your best interest at heart. They handled our questions with care and supported us all the way!"
- Sandra and Stef Herbst
We have had a long immigration process of about 7 years, and consulted with a few Agents, so can legitimately give an opinion about an Immigration Adviser.
Auckland Immigration Services has a no nonsense approach and sincerely has your best interest at heart because they know they have your future in their hands. Talk about OCD and being pedantic! but whatever is needed for a residency path, that you can count on 100%. They handled our questions with care and supported us all the way!
We are extremely grateful for the fact that they went above and beyond to support us. We owe the team at Auckland Immigration Services Ltd more than a big thank you.

"Laetetia and Domonique also constantly kept us abreast of upcoming changes for residency and urged us to apply as soon as possible as we met requirements needed. We would recommend Auckland Immigration Services to anyone who is considering immigrating to New Zealand."
- Damian and Jennine Naidoo
Our introduction to Auckland Immigration Services started with Laetetia and Domonique Roelofse assisting us with our application to obtain our work visa's. These Immigration advisors portray all the qualities needed for a smooth processing and positive feedback.
Laetetia and Domonique also constantly kept us abreast of upcoming changes for residency and urged us to apply as soon as possible as we met requirements needed. Due to this advice, we submitted our application for the resident visa's. The knowledge, skills and guidance from these advisors has helped us to complete the paperwork within the required time-frame for our resident visa application.
My wife and I are extremely happy to announce that we have been granted our resident visa's. We are now looking forward to next chapter in our lives, creating new memories together and exploring this beautiful country which we now call home.
We would recommend Auckland Immigration Services to anyone who is considering immigrating to New Zealand. We would like to express our gratitude towards your team for all your time, assistance and expertise throughout this journey with our immigration process.
Sincerely,
Damian and Jennine Naidoo

"Our dealing with our original immigration agent left a sour taste in our mouths and when the opportunity came up to apply for the RV21 we were really sceptic to use just anyone's service. You guys always had a frendly word, answered promptly and helped getting our whole family here."
- Marna Nel
We would just again like to say thank you for taking us on as clients. Our dealing with our original immigration agent left a sour taste in our mouths and when the opportunity came up to apply for the RV21 we were really sceptic to use just anyone's service. My friend Laura Viljoen just had good things to say about you, so after talking to you over the phone we decided to trust you guys with this.
Laetetia - thanks for always being so patient with me, explaining if I did not understand something. You guys always had a frendly word, answered promptly and helped getting our whole family here - including Charlene (who will be joing us full time in July)
Thank you again!

"From our very first meeting, through the variations of conditions, and to the finish line you and Laetitia were right there supporting and guiding."
- Duan & Caron
This is long overdue, we've been wanting to thank you Dom and the whole team for all the hard work, great advice and especially the patience displayed during this process of taking us to residency.
From our very first meeting, through the variations of conditions, and to the finish line you and Laetitia were right there supporting and guiding. Dom and the team called immigration a process to which we needed to commit, it absolutely is a process filled with red tape and pit falls.
Thanks again team, for leading us through.

"Their communication was always professional yet friendly which made us feel like we were their most important client and they, our biggest supporters in this immigration journey. I can highly recommend their services."
- The Hodson Family
It has been a very good experience dealing with both Domonique and Laetitia at AIS. Their communication was always professional yet friendly which made us feel like we were their most important client and they, our biggest supporters in this immigration journey. We were not just another client to them; we were family that they were guiding through the immigration process to the most successful outcome.
They are on top of what's happening with Immigration laws and the constant changes and tweaks to the laws and communicate any relevant changes to you as soon as possible. We were quite confident and at ease (as much as one can be during this kind of life changing process) all the time, knowing that AIS had our best interests at heart and would find the best way forward to Residency, communicating changes or options effectively. I can highly recommend their services.
Thank you Dom and Laetitia for helping us navigate this process with confidence and calmness. The mountain that is immigration became a molehill.
Thanks to AIS, we are no longer "visiting" New Zealand, we are home.
With the biggest thanks from the Hodson family.
"We couldn't have asked for a better immigration agency in Dom and her team at Auckland Immigration Services, who are very thorough and complete experts in their field. We're proud to recommend AIS to family and friends, and have done so successfully."

Catch 22 - Risk - Reward
This is a message of encouragement, to keep pursuing the life you want and know that the grass can be greener if you intend on watering it. Grab a cuppa... before you start reading.
The Catch 22:
Our journey started in 2011, when my now wife and I decided that we would want to emigrate to NZ one day. I have a BTech degree in Architectural Technology and my wife a Traffic College Diploma. Having a degree, I was always told I should have it easy finding work and immigrating should be simple. Let's just say, I wouldn't be writing this if it was, lol.
We did our research on the INZ website as most of you have done, and continue to do. And discovered that the immigration settings at the time meant that in order to get a job offer, I needed a work permit. And to get a work permit, I needed a job offer.
The Risk:
Fast forward 6 years, 2017 - friends of ours emigrated without having any qualifications and we thought if they could do it, why can't we. Oct 2017, I made contact with a recruiter who advised me that they couldn't market me because I wasn't in NZ. They suggested that I should contact them when I intend on visiting NZ so that we can arrange a date and time to meet.
January 2018, on 2 weeks leave, I visited NZ (on a visitor visa) and met the recruiter at the beginning of week 1 with the intention of having interviews later that week or the next. Not having heard from them at all during that time, I tried networking as much as I could in my last week before heading back to South Africa. Auckland Council was one of the places I visited, among all the architectural practices.
The Reward:
After arriving back in South Africa, I then pursued multiple career listings within Building Consents at Auckland Council, having worked in Building Control for Local Government. I eventually succeeded in being shortlisted for a building inspection role which i failed. I was then unsuccessful for a further 3 more interviews.
After every unsuccessful outcome, I replayed the interview in my mind and researched to better prepare myself for the next. I was then shortlisted and successful at my 5th interview and still going strong after 3 and half years. Not to mention, having Residency now, makes it so much sweeter.
It goes without saying, having experienced such a journey, we couldn't have asked for a better immigration agency in Dom and her team at Auckland Immigration Services, who are very thorough and complete experts in their field. Their handling of our applications made it a lot easier for us to focus on settling in and getting accustomed to our new home, Aotearoa.
Why risk your hard work in securing employment and then take on the extra challenge of navigating the ever changing immigration policies. We're proud to recommend AIS to family and friends, and have done so successfully.
Immigrating is not for everyone, but if it is for you, make 100% sure that you know WHY you're doing It. As it is this thought that will keep you going when it gets hard. #KnowYourWhy

"They were basically AMAZING! Always responded to my many emails, always gave us the right info so we could supply the correct supporting documents for our application. Dom and her team don't do things halfway- ITS RIGHT THE FIRST TIME AND THE BEST."
- The Van Taak Family
Our journey started in May of 2018.
We had gone to an immigration seminar in SA, me and my husband had a long discussion over a few beers and decided to take the next step by signing up with the agent that had the seminar. We also became document ready, sold our house and moved into a rental.
Our journey was a long one, we were at a point were we were giving up, thinking our opportunity will never come. I got a call from an agent for a role, this all happened just before the annual salary jump from 55k per annum to 79k per annum. So lots of people were jumping to get people into NZ. The opportunity was in the Auckland region and we took it! Selling our cars, resigning and well just taking a leap of faith, we arrived in Nov of 2019.
With my new role, I met a few South Africans working for my previous employer. We lived and worked in Auckland for about a year. And to be honest we were tired, COVID happened and we were working really hard and just not living as most of our time was spent working long hours and commuting. It was safe to say we wanted to move to a smaller city, and work on our work-life-balance.
My husband was contacted by an agent looking for his skillset, for a role based in Christchurch. We were unsure and well got no support from our previous agent. Note this was after paying upfront and we could not get hold of them to get more info of our options. They basically told us, sorry we need to stay where we were and that's that.
My boss at the time had referred Dom and her team to me, and we decided to get a second opinion! BEST DECISION WE EVER MADE! Dom not only gave us advise but really discussed our options with us and guided us. Giving us the best advise based on our situation!
It was a no brainer, we changed agents, got the job and my husband moved down to Christchurch first as I was still looking for employment with an accredited employer. It was hard, but Dom and her team supported us through this process and checked in frequently to give support and advise to make sure we were still complying with our visa requirements and just giving support to us as a family.
During the time my husband worked for his new company, his employer became accredited. We called Dom and once again she gave us the best advise based on our situation. We could essentially apply for RES in Nov of 2021. But with my husbands company being accredited, Dom advised to apply for a work to residence visa for my husband. Giving us 2 pathways to RES.
Then the 2021 RES visa was released, and because of Dom's accurate and sound advice with my husband's visa, we were able to qualify to apply under the 2021 RES visa category for our family! Dom and her team guided us through the whole process from beginning to end. With the best advise for our situation!
They were basically AMAZING! Always responded to my many emails, always gave us the right info so we could supply the correct supporting documents for our application. Dom and her team don't do things halfway- ITS RIGHT THE FIRST TIME AND THE BEST. Giving us the best opportunity to gain Approval for our visas.
We are so grateful for everything Dom, Laetitia and the team have done to support us and our dreams! Thank you from the bottom of our hearts! All it takes is a bit of Faith, Trust and AKL lmmigration Services (our pixie dust).

Towards the end of the year 2018, my husband started making inquiries to immigrate to New Zealand and I half-heartediy showed interest.
In March 2019 we had our first visit to New Zealand for 12 days. I was so excited to have a holiday without the children and spend quality time with my husband and view the beautiful NZ. We were fortunate enough to be able to introduce ourselves as the dynamic duo to the Motor Industry in New Zealand while on holiday and I remember rushing from one place to the next across the North Island, New Zealand. Little did I know then that our efforts would eventually pay dividends.
I recall our flight taking off to return to South Africa, sitting in my seat next to a window and a tear rolled down my face wishing that we could have brought our 3 daughters with us to see the beauty and possibilities that New Zealand could be and holds for our family.
To our surprise, I received an offer of employment at the end of July and it was then full steam ahead after accepting the offer in our arrangements to make this brave move.
On the 27th of December 2019, we arrived in New Zealand on the midnight flight with our bags packed to the maximum weight allowed and took our two Uber vehicles to our temporary place of residence with family until February 2020 and until our container arrived from S.A.
From the very first Video Call with Dominique of Auckland Immigration Services, it has been nothing short of friendly, prompt, and efficient service with valuable feedback to any of our concerns raised.
Despite my position being made redundant just 4 months after arriving in New Zealand and many a challenge as well as Covid lockdown with travel restrictions; we are ever so grateful for sleeping soundly at night without electric fencing or burglar bars, and having the peace of mind knowing our daughters have settled in New Zealand having made new friends and can travel safely with public transport till late in the evenings.
All the challenges along the way were handled with the utmost professionalism by the team at Auckland Immigration Services.
To Dominique, Laetetia, and the team, thank you! Warm regards

"Thank you for not only being a fantastic service provider but also for being human beings, asking about our lives and supporting us when you know what your clients are dealing with at any given time. We were truly blessed when God sent us you."
- The Greeff Family
How can we ever thank you? A journey we have been on together for 3 years. The best words in the dictionary aren't good enough to describe how amasing Auckland Immigration Services are. You were always ready to fight our battles every day. Thank you for winning this battle for us.
Thank you for helping us in staying here in NZ so we can provide our kids with a safer and better future. Ek het nie net hard vir ons gebid nie, maar ook vir julle Laetetia en Dom, ek het gebid vir julle wysheid, julle rustigheid, Julie handewerk wat aan elkeen van ons dokumente gevat het.
You know the ins and outs of immigration and we would absolutely positively not have been able to have done this without your help, your support and professionalism. Thank you for not only being a fantastic service provider but also for being human beings, asking about our lives and supporting us when you know what your clients are dealing with at any given time. We were truly blessed when God sent us you.
Dankie julle. We appreciate it more than you will ever know. Thanks again Auckland Immigration Services. You girls are the best.

"Today, after a few visa categories and a couple of variation, we finally got our residence. Looking back at how you guys handled every situation it is clear to me there is absolutely no way we could have gone through this without you. Realising the absolute life changing results of what you've made possible, the words 'thank you' simply doesn't seem enough..."
- Josie and Arista
Dom and Laetetia,
When I first contacted you Dom, who would have ever imagined the emotional roller-coaster journey we were about to embark on? As with many other migrant families, our move to NZ hasn't always been easy and there had been many times I almost lost hope. And that's exactly where you come in.
Those late-night messages encouraging me not to start stressing until you tell me to. Always having answers when I have questions and on the odd occasion, where you did not have a simple yes or no answer, providing us with enough valid information to decide which way to go.
Today, after a few visa categories and a couple of variation, we finally got our residence. Looking back at how you guys handled every situation it is clear to me there is absolutely no way we could have gone through this without you. Realising the absolute life changing results of what you've made possible, the words 'thank you' simply doesn't seem enough, but here goes...
Thank you for always getting back to us. Thank you for always having our family's best interest at heart. Thank you for not giving up even when we were about to. Thank you for helping give our little family a chance at a new, safe and happy life full of opportunities in beautiful Aotearoa.

"All I can say is that thanks to this dynamic team of kind, warm and amazing women, this was an easy and pain-free transition. I am reminded everyday in my beautiful new home as to just how blessed I have been to meet them!"
- Alex Asman
They say that moving country is one of the hardest and most stressful things you can do! As a middle-aged single woman, I decided that it was time for a huge life change and decided I was keen to try living in another country! Adventure with a capital A!.
My requirements were that it needed to be a first world country, English speaking and welcome my dogs (fur-kids). Basically pulling a country out of a hat, New Zealand become the destination of choice. I had never been here, nor had any friends or family here but “hey I was going on an adventure, how scary could it have been?”
Thanks to the carriage of Google-search, my Fairy Godmothers appeared in the form of Dominique and Laetetia from Auckland Immigration. They were too busy to help me that year (2018) but were super happy to have a 30 minute phone chat, over an 11 hour time difference, to offer advice, answer questions and possibly recommend another agent who may have been able to help.
As it turned out, I was only wanting to leave South Africa in 2019 and with that they were able to take on my case. Lucky lucky me! All I can say is that thanks to this dynamic team of kind, warm and amazing woman, this was an easy and pain-free transition.
They must have gone over and above any of the requirements of immigration agents on every turn. Their words of encouragement, advice on how to get about, writing up my CV (I had been self employed for 20 years), support and super speedy service and understanding as to what is required to make this move. Most importantly, they understood the importance of my little fur-family.
So as a single woman I sold my business, house and worldly possessions and started on my adventure to New Zealand with my 2 furballs. In less than 2 months I received a job offer in an amazing company, the dogs arrived a couple of months after that and we have moved to one of the most beautiful towns, Tauranga (though I think they are all pretty beautiful).
People often comment that I have been so brave, I comment that it is easy being brave when you have 2 amazing fairy godmothers (aka immigration agents) waving their magic wands and helping dreams come true!!!!
There are no words to explain the gratitude I have for this amazing team, I am reminded everyday in my beautiful new home as to just how blessed I have been to meet them!

"Domonique and her team are worth their weight in gold, and we consider ourselves lucky to have her in our corner."
- The Visser Village
The decision to move across the world is not an easy one. Many people try to discourage you and scare you into staying, because they themselves could never do it. Our experience is one that many share. We started our process with a company, did the first consultation, paid the money and never heard from them again, despite numerous emails and trying to get in contact we were unsuccessful.
This made us hesitant to try another agency as we did not want to burn our fingers again. We did our homework on other immigration agencies, but were very anxious, so much so that we planned to rather do the process ourselves. No matter how daunting. Then while chatting to our recruiter she mentioned Auckland Immigration Services and said we should really consider contacting them. After much thought and going back and forth we decided to arrange a chat with Domonique.
After chatting for over an hour with her, we were sold!! Domonique was so forth coming with information, answered all our questions, and treated us like friends rather than a client. Over the next few months, she walked alongside us, she never left us to do anything ourselves and guided us every step of the way. At one stage we had found ourselves in a sticky situation and weren’t sure what to do, Domonique helped us make the best decision for our family.
Now we’re here, loving our new life. We often get asked if we used an agency and if we had to do it again, would we rather do it ourselves? And every time the answer is the same!! As long as Domonique is in this business, we will remain loyal to her, as she was the stepping stone that changed our lives and helped us get here.
Domonique and her team are worth their weight in gold, and we consider ourselves lucky to have her in our corner.
Love The Visser Village
